This is to inform you that we will be conducting the power sweeping and power washing of the underground garage on the following days:
• B1 level Thursday, August 27th 2015
• B2 level Friday, August 28th 2015
Arrangements can be made with your Resident Manager Susan or Randal to relocate your vehicle in either 50 Cordova and 24 Mabelle Avenue visitors parking area including other areas as specified and at their discretion.
Please understand we do not have the space to accommodate everyone and we are not liable for any damages to your vehicle if you fail to remove your vehicle from the underground garage.
In conclusion be advised that we are attempting to provide our Residents with a maintained and clean underground garage.
