Dear Resident(s):
It has been brought to Management's attention that some Residents have commenced to erect pigeon netting, painting balconies and drilling into the new concrete slabs which are all breaches of your Tenancy Agreement.
Please be advised of the following:
1. All hanging flower boxes should be hanging on the inside of the balconies.
2. No indoor/outdoor carpet or other type of carpet is to be placed on the concrete slab.
3. No drilling in the concrete is permitted whatsoever.
For any further requirements please refer to Section 14 (E) (H) (I) of your Tenancy Agreement.
In future any alterations brought to our attention may be restored by Management at your expense.
