Dear Resident(s):
Please be advised that we are commencing our improvements to our hot water system and will be doing this in three (3) phases.
The first phase will commence Thursday, June 11th 2015 from 8:00am through to Friday, June 12th 2015 at 5:00pm. There will not be hot water in the building in the high zone (19th floor to PH floors).
The second phase will commence Friday, June 12th 2015 from 8:00am through to Saturday, June 13th 2015 at 5:00pm. There will be no hot water in the low zone (1st floor to 18th floor).
Please ensure that all your taps are in the closed position.
Furthermore, if the hot water storage tanks are found to be in satisfactory condition the hot water may be restored by noon of the next day rather than 5:00pm.
Also, if phase 1 and phase 2 are successful we may not require to complete phase 3.
