Please be advised that due to ongoing concerns regarding public use of the bicycle racks and bicycles being parked and locked on various railings around the property Wilstar will now require any tenant or visitor using the bicycle rack to register your bicycle with onsite staff.
To register your bicycle you will be required to submit to onsite staff the serial number, colour, style (road, mountain, cruiser, bmx) and any distinguishing features that would help to identify your bicycle. In return you will receive a numbered tag that will be required to be attached to the bicycle in a way that cannot be removed without cutting the tag away.
In addition, the bicycle rack is the only acceptable location to park and or secure a bicycle on the property, except when construction overhead is taking place, the use of railings or sign posts to secure bicycles is not permitted, should any bicycle be found to be parked or secured to the bicycle rack without a permit or be found to be secured to any object other than the bicycle rack the locking device and bicycle will be removed from the property.
These steps are necessary to prevent members of the public from trespassing on private property and further using facilities that have been put in place for tenant use only.
