Dear residents of 35 Spencer Avenue (The Shorecrest)
As you are aware Wilstar Management Ltd., and the shareholders of 35 Spencer Avenue ("The Shorecrest"), herein referred to as 'Wilstar', has initiated a construction project to replace balcony railings.
Please take note of the following important items that pertain to the on-going construction project:
- You will receive further notice (24-48 hours) as to when the work will be commencing on 02, 10, 11 & 12 line(s) balconies. The purpose of this correspondence is to update all residents on the scopes of work taking place at the property.
- Please note that once you receive notice to remove all items from your balcony; it will remain locked for the duration of the entire project
- Please reference all signs and posted notices
- Some entrance doors may be locked off for extended periods of time due to City By-Laws which prohibit the public from entering "Construction Zones"
