Please be advised of the following schedule for Lobby Floor Refinishing at 24 Mabelle Ave.
Stripping of 24 Mabelle Lobby - Thursday July 6th, 9:30am to 12pm (to be done as quickly as possible)
Waxing of 24 Mabelle Lobby - Friday July 7th, 2am to 6am
Stripping of Atrium - Thursday July 27th, 9:30am to 12pm (to be done as quickly as possible)
Waxing of Atrium - Friday July 28th, 2am to 7am
During the waxing process at 24 Mabelle we will be rotating closing off two elevators at a time to ensure tenants do not walk over wet wax.
