Please be advised that balcony restoration construction will commence;
July 19th 2015
Building 1001 Main Street West will undergo a balcony restoration; this will include but is not limited to, railing and panel replacement and concrete slab inspection and repair.
During this time exterior brick work will also be inspected and repaired and replaced where necessary. This work may also include the inspection, repair and replacement of the windows of the building.
While unlikely please expect construction noise from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm as per City of Hamilton By-Laws. Please be advised more information regarding start times and scheduling will be forthcoming and posted in the Laundry Room, Mail Room and under the Residents Tab on our website; www.wilstarmanagement.ca
