Dear Resident(s),

Wilstar Management has received a number of complaints regarding others misusing parking privileges. Please be advised that onsite staff has been instructed to ramp up enforcement on those who are not parking with a permit and those who have a designated stall in the underground but choose to park above ground.

As a reminder those who have a designated parking stall in the garage must park in that space at all times or be subjected a parking infraction furthermore it has been noted that parking between the two buildings is being misused, as a reminder parking in front of building 1001 is for the tenants of that building and parking in front of building 981 is for the tenants of building 981 as such enforcement will be utilized to correct those who continue to park in unauthorized zones.
