Building 981 Main Street West will undergo a balcony restoration; this will include but is not limited to, railing and panel replacement and concrete slab inspection and repair. During this time exterior brick work will also be inspected and repaired or replaced where necessary. While unlikely please expect construction noise from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm as per City of Hamilton By Laws. Please be advised more information regarding start times and scheduling will be forthcoming and posted in the Laundry Room, Mail Room and under the Residents Tab on our website; www.wilstarmanagement.ca
