 I am truly mesmerized by how smooth the process was from application and throughout, I was provided professional support and facilitation during my move in. The welcome package/ gesture that I have found in the apartment is a wonderful and warm welcome and right away felt that I belong to my new home. 

I and my wife live at 1001 Main St West apartments. I am writing this to thank you and bring to your notice the prompt and professional maintenance and care-taking service being provided in our building by the Resident Managers; particularly when I am out of Canada. They promptly attend to any request made and resolve the issue in a very timely and professional manner. We highly appreciate and value their considerate  professional help. 

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for your excellent service and support.  We fully understand that under this unprecedented time how much time and extra effort you have to put on in order to help us and keep us/the building safe and secure. Your help and effort will inspire all of us and is unforgettable. Please also send our gratitude to the 2 people who came to our unit to do the repair work. This is especially the time to give credit where credit is due to the Landlord. As a paying Tenant since 1985,  I am compelled to say this and give credit. I am very impressed of the tireless cleaning by the cleaning staff directed by the Landlord, in initiating the Action Plan” which involves Durabond’s Preventative Disinfection Program, to disinfect all common area elements at all times. As tenants and Landlord we always hear the negatives about each other. So now is the time to say BRAVO Landlord!

I would like to take this chance to thank Jordan and Justin for the amazing work that they had done within our unit. Jordan and Justin have always done outstanding work and have always been incredibly friendly and professional. They both continue to go above and beyond and are constantly exceeding expectations. They have always put in complete care and treat our things with extra special care, just as if it was their place and their things. Thank you Justin and Jordan for your incredible and exceptional customer service. Ian, you have put together the perfect team! Thank you!
